What we do
- Keyboard access to menus, forms, and links, with a visible focus mark.
- Text and controls that meet contrast requirements on this design.
- Labels on form fields, and page titles that describe the current page.
- Alternative text on informative images; decorative icons are hidden from screen readers.
- Warnings when a link opens a PDF or a new tab.
Limits
Some documents in the forms library and some carrier portals (including EZLynx and market quoting sites) are published by third parties. We cannot guarantee those files or sites meet the same standard.
